CIS Studio Rental Rates
Week Day Rates (9am-3pm), $45.00 an Hour, Minimum Two Hours ($90.00)
Week Day Evening Rates (3pm-10pm), $50 an Hour, Minimum Two Hours ($100.00)
Weekend/Holiday Rates, $60.00 an Hour Minimum Two Hour ($120.00)

$10.00 Extra per hour before 9am and after 10pm

$20 Cleaning fee for water set use.

Water set requires two hour mininum deposit.

$50.00 Cleaning fee for regular shoots of 4 or more people in studio per rental. All Group shoots (3 or more Photographers) are charged the $50 cleaning fee per rental.
Additional fees or surcharges may apply for special studio use, cleanup and accessory use.
PC computer available (additional charge) for downloading of Compact Flash cards and burning to CD/DVD's.

 


Introduction

We offer all the tools and know-how for Amateurs and Professionals to get the best images possible for a very affordable price. Bring your camera and let us set you up for the best shooting experience found anywhere in the SoCal area. Our studio rental starts at just $30. Check our rental rates for more info. Cash is our preferred method of payment but we also accept checks, credit cards, and debit cards. NSF overdraft fee is $40.

Studio Features

A vast array of professional lighting with soft boxes, diffusers, grids, gels, beauty dishes, not to mention a 16’ boom for that special overhead lighting with an impact, and all the “know-how” to use it.

Four unique shooting spaces with two large roll-up doors for both indoor and outdoor shooting with backdrops, fabrics, furniture, mirrors, large array of props, and elevated shooting stands.


Our studio includes a clean secure model room and bathroom facilities along with complete computer room to view and download images if you so desire.

Sound systems and ipod docks in both the model dressing room and studio.

We now have a refrigerator and microwave available for use free of charge.

What really sets Creations apart is our huge inventory of wardrobe and accessories to make your model feel like a Queen for a day and get as many looks as possible during your shooting experience. Wardrobe and accessories are current brand name styles from the best in the mall and offered to all renters as a very affordable option.

Rental Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours in advanced. Afterwards, you will be charged the full rate of total reserved time. Whether you use the studio or not, start late or end early. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Rentals more than 4 hours during the week day and any weekend reservations require a 100% deposit, no refund on these deposits if you have to cancel.

Special rates apply to special request of studio use (ie. groups of photographers more than three and day rates) and requires a 100% deposit that is non refundable. Call for more info.
Day rates start at $325 for up to ten hours on weekdays and $400 for weekends and Holidays. Include a cleanup fee of $50 for each day rate.

Terms and use of the Studio

All persons using the studio must be 18 years and over. The rental time starts the minute it is occupied. You will be charged the entire time the studio is occupied, this includes set-up and clean up time. No smoking within the facility. There is no additional charge for using the in house lighting equipment, however, you damage it or break it, you pay for it.
